Setting achievable goals for yourself is a huge part of being successful. With the help of some of my close friends I learned a few tricks that made it easier for me to actually reach my goals. First you must choose one to three big goals that you want to achieve, if you have too many at one time it may become too hard to juggle all of them. Then you make charts where you start off with your goal and work backwards writing down each step you need to take to get to your goal and what you need to do, or who you need to talk to, to get past that step. Then you need to write your first steps down on a piece of paper and put them somewhere that you will see them every day. Once you have completed all of those steps make a list of the next set of steps until you've completed them all, if you have not reached your goal at this point start over with a new chart. It also helps to have an accountability partner, I myself have three. An accountability partner is someone you meet up with once a week, or however often you can. You and your accountability partner hold each other accountable for weekly progress on your goals. Hope this helps!
